This beautiful holiday home at Søndbjerg Strand on Thyholm is located on a large plot of 1320 square meters, with terraces around the house and a cozy little secluded forest garden with a large playground. From the house, through the fine lattice windows, there is a view of fields, where hares and deer are often seen. The house is located on a quiet road without traffic noise.



With space for up to 6 people, this house is ideal for family holidays, but the romantic interior also makes it cozy for a couple without children. There is a bedroom with a double bed and an extra room with two single beds, where there is also space to set up a baby bed. There is also a large sofa bed in the living room. You are allowed to bring a dog. If you have an electric car, it is possible to charge the car at the house.



The house has undergone a renovation of, among other things, the kitchen and bathroom in 2024, and there is a bright and cozy interior with several exits to the garden. There is a large entrance hall with space for, for example, a stroller or dog basket, and here you can wash and dry clothes. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary facilities. The bathroom is spacious with good ventilation options. In the living room there is both an air-to-air heat pump, that can function as air conditioning on hot days, and a newer wood-burning stove that is easy to operate and provides a cozy atmosphere on cool days/evenings. There are red alarms in the house.



For entertainment, there is wireless internet and a television with Chromecast, so you can stream your favorite programs and series and stay in touch with the outside world. There are also board games, card games and dice games available in the house.



The house is surrounded by terraces with morning sun, midday sun and evening sun. There is an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. At the bonfire place in the small forest garden you can make, for example, marshmallows, popcorn or snow bread. For the active, there is a trampoline in the garden, and if you go down to the beach, there is a sensory swing and a football field.



The house is only 600 meters from the water, so After a 5-minute walk you can take a dip from the bathing jetty in the Limfjord, catch crabs with the children, find beautiful oyster shells or look for petrified sea urchins.



The area offers several walking routes, including walking up the 15-meter-high slope called Dødbjerget, from where there is a beautiful view of the fjord. You can see Jegind and Ven from the beach and at low tide you can walk along the beach to Tambohus, where there is a playground, mini golf, ice cream parlor and restaurant. Doverodde with the National Museum of Art, Lemvig, Agger and Struer are a 20-25 minute drive away. In Hvidbjerg- smår 10 minutes drive from there - there is a train station, a hospital, a large supermarket, a pizzeria and an ice cream parlor, etc.
