A modern two bedroom townhouse located in a small private gated residence, within easy walking distance of Fisherman's Village, Bophut beach, and a wide variety of local and international restaurants. The main town of Chaweng is a ten minute drive from the property, and there are nearby villages with beach clubs that are easily accessible.

Guests have direct access to a 15 meter long swimming pool (depth 130cm) located in the grounds of the property, with a garden view. The townhouse has a private outdoor terrace that leads on to the swimming pool terrace, and the master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool.

Each bedroom is en-suite with its own full bathroom. The downstairs living and dining area is spacious with room for guests to relax and unwind, and has guest toilet facilities. At the rear is an open plan kitchen, with access to the laundry area.

Check in is self-service, and a property manager is available if assistance is required. There is a small additional fee charged for electricity on a consumption basis collected at the end of your stay. An airport transfer can be arranged on request.
