Family holiday

We had a wonderful holiday together everything was beautiful and the pictures didn’t do the villa justice. We would definitely recommend, the villa had everything you could possibly need and more and the pool was fabulous. The surrounding area was lively with lots of fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and markets something for everyone. We would definitely go back.

Amazing Villa

We spent 3 fantastic weeks at this property and cannot fault a thing. Everything we needed was catered for plus several extras. Communication with the owners and villa manager was very easy with lots of information about the area supplied. Can thoroughly recommend this villa for a very relaxing holiday

A top quality villa in a convenient location near Fisherman's village.

This is the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in by far. So much was provided and all of a very high standard. The pool was amazing and very warm. Yvonne ,the villa manager, was helpful beyond the call of duty. Our luggage did not arrive with our flight and she retrieved it and personally delivered it. She was very helpful without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the villa with plenty of areas of sun and shade and all spotlessly clean. We would heartily recommend this villa for a very relaxing holiday. There were many eateries within walking distance We particularly enjoyed My Café and Enjoy Beach Hotel and restaurant (near pier and with tables on the beach).

Wonderful Christmas Stay

The villa is beautifully furnished and there is every possible thing you need, plus some lovely extras such as scented pillow mist, aromatic oil burners and luxurious toiletries in the bathrooms. The outside space is wonderful with lots of seating options for both dining and relaxing plus of course a fantastic large swimming pool. Communication with Victoria prior to our stay was great being both informative and helpful and whilst at the villa Yvonne was also extremely helpful. One evening we had the private chef cook for us which was lovely and highly recommended , there was so much food we had enough for lunch the following day !! Whilst there the villa was cleaned twice and all towels and linens were changed twice in a 8 day stay, very impressed. Thank you Victoria for your kind gesture with the car.We have only one observation to make, it would be useful to have a second set of keys or a key safe outside as we were two couples holidaying together and it would have life easier. All in all we hade a fabulous stay in a lovely villa and would not hesitate to recommend it, Thank you

The most beautiful villa.

The most beautiful villa. Better than we could have hoped for We stayed for 12 nights in January 2017. The villa is perfect. Set in a private and secure grounds its very peaceful and the perfect place to relax. Everything you need is provided for. Victoria the owner could not have been more helpful and Yvonne, who manages the villa was fantastic. Lots of advice on where to go. It's only a ten minute walk into Fishermans village where all the shops bars and restaurants are located. Its great to have the villa away from the centre of everything a great retreat to walk back to after a night out. Whoever stays MUST have Cat come and prepare dinner and cook for you. Cat is lovely and a brilliant chef. She brings all the fresh ingredients you need. It's such a nice touch. It will be the best food you will eat on your whole holiday and costs no more than going out for a meal. So many restaurants to choose from. The villa is very well equipped. Everything is thoughtfully provided. The pool is fabulous. I've stayed in hotels where I've shared pools this size. Lovely to have it all to yourself. We had the best holiday in the best villa we have ever stayed in. Many thanks again to Yvonne and to Victoria for the opportunity to stay in a villa of this quality. Will be back

Look no further....

If you want a home from home with all the necessary features and accessories to allow for an independent stay on Samui. We have visited the island for over 14yrs now staying in 'luxury' villas the past 6. This by far exceeds all previous ones. Well located to visit fisherman's village, or to nip to Tesco lotus or use the ring road to travel further around the island. The villa plot is very quiet, away from the flight path of USM and with no through traffic so lazy mornings can easily be had. Well maintained and equipt, very clean and clearly used by the owner as everything you could desire for a family stay is provided. The pool is large and sufficiently shaded by the garden vegetation at various points through the day to allow kids to enjoy the water without the constant battle of getting them to wear sun cream. A car isn't a requirement as a local taxi driver will ferry you to where you want and is familiar with the villas' location but a consideration in our opinion. We always have a car as it provides such flexibility and there was sufficient parking within the electrically operated gated drive. You can walk to the nearest family mart or a local mart even closer. Fisherman's village is a 10-15 min walk through the temple grounds, but probably not a good option at night as the is no lighting, so use a tack back. Cleaning, gardening and pool team very courteous and hardworking. Beach towels as well as pool towels included. On site washing machine available to use . Our 6yr old son is a wheelchair user and although this villa is not specifically adapted for disabled use ( 5 steps to get into the villa), once in, the villa is all at one level.

As soon as walk into the garden you know you have picked a winner. The villa was stunning,spacious everything you would need had been thought of, lighters for the candles and oil burners, pillow spray to help you relax, shampoo, conditioner and body lotions in lovely dispensers in both bathrooms. If 4 are staying if you needed a little down time there was enough places to find a comfy spot. We didn't use 2 of the sala's during our stay. Would highly recommend this property and very close to Fishermans for evenings out.

LUXURY PRIVATE GARDEN POOL VILLA KOH SAMUI

We where lucky enough to spend 3 weeks in this superb villa with every need catered for & I mean EVERY NEED,you couldn't want for any more.The whole team were superb. Paul & Yvonne organised anything that was asked & nothing was too much trouble & were also superb hosts on one night. This villa is a little jewel & is highly recommended. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!!!! We will be back.

Fantastic Villa / Fantastic Holidays

When we arrived at samui Airport, we were taken up by a driver to the Villa. The very friendly villamanager Yvonne has shown us all about the house. She organized us a Motorbike und answered all question we had at our time on samui - perfect service. The Villa is very beautiful und very clean. The equipment was very good. We enjoyed the pool area and the chillout area in the garden. There are many wonderful plants. We had a lot of fun in the pool. The Location of the Villa is very good in a quiet living area. It's about ten minutes to walk to fishermans village and the beach. We recommend the bar ''Le Garden''. They have cheap menus and good Drinks. It was a perfect stay for us. We'll definitely come back to this wonderful place. The communication before and after our stay was perfect too. Any questions will be answered quickly.

Beautiful, Wonderful, Amazing Villa

We are a family with 2 kids aged 5 and 7. We booked this villa for a special birthday my wife and i were celebrating. I can honestly say that this villa is brilliant. It was such a beautiful and relaxing place to spend our holiday. The villa itself has everything you will need, and i mean everything. The garden is lush and private, its got multiple seating and chill out areas. The pool is perfect as is the outdoor shower. Victoria was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and provided us with lots of information. If your reading this and wondering whether to book.....do it. If your reading this and have already booked......lucky you!

Beautiful tranquil villa

Our family (me, baby son and my parents) stayed at Baan Jasmine in January 2015 and had a lovely relaxing time. The villa is beautifully furnished and the pool and garden are to die for - a real retreat! It was wonderfully quiet while we were there too, which is surprising as you are not far from a busy road and restaurants etc at Fishermans Village. There were a few teething problems when we arrived, but the management team were on hand to sort out the issues, but we did have to endure workmen etc for a couple of days which did interrupt our holiday somewhat. Everything is on hand a taxi ride away, you can walk to restaurants/shops etc but I wouldn't recommend it with a baby/stroller. The airport is about a 15 minute journey which is great, but you may like to hire a car to explore more of the island.

An outstanding family-friendly villa

We stayed at Baan Jasmine for ten days in May of this year and had the most incredible holiday. We are seasoned travelers to Thailand (this is our fifth time visiting Koh Samui) but without question this was our favourite holiday and we are already planning when we can go back! We were so impressed by the organization and luxurious feel of the villa, which is designed beautifully with everything you could want to make it feel like a home. We travelled with our two small children (1 and 3 years old) and from start to finish Baan Jasmine's staff anticipated our every need and created a stress-free holiday experience for us. For example, on arrival we were met by our villa manager who showed us where everything we needed was, including a selection of age-appropriate toys for our children which had been prepared for us, high chairs, a top of the range cot made-up with crisp, clean linens and a thoughtful welcome pack with bread, milk etc meaning that breakfast time was taken care of. There was even a baby monitor for us to use. The house itself is thoughtfully laid out and the whole place felt spacious and airy. The pool is beautiful (very large and our son spent almost all day happily jumping in and out, in between rocking in the hammock). The outdoor lounge area was perfect for a shaded lunchtime read and then lights up beautifully at night - perfect for a sunset drink or two. The fabulous location of Baan Jasmine really made our holiday special - almost every night we all walked into Bo Phut, the pretty fisherman's village, which is an easy walk away - and we dined directly on the beach with the children. Our best holiday in Thailand - would recommend it 100%.

Baan jasmine is a beautiful villa with everything u could ever want. Very child friendly. Staff v helpful and amazing pool. The owner gives u lots of helpful information. We had a lovely relaxing time in koh samui.

Fantastic stay at Baan Jasmine. As always

The villa is perfect for a family of 4. Its just as nice in real life as in the pictures on the website. Large rooms and a big relaxing sofa. The garden is beatiful with a very lagre pool. Fishermans village is about 10 minutes walk from Baan Jasmine. In a very quite and nice erea. The villa was clean and well maintained. Our villa manager was very helpful and provided good service. There are many good restaurants in fishermans village and I can recomend The Cliff between Chaweng and lamai beach. It has fantastic views. Also try out the very beatiful beaches around koh samui. Choengmon ( nice beach for children ) mae nam ( not so crowded ) Chaweng beach ( more waves and beach parties ). Sundays go to beach republic in lamai. Live music and good food on a very nice private beach. Waterpark and zoo in lamai is also good for children.

Wonderful

What I can say about Bann Jasmine, it is without a doubt The best villa we have ever rented, we have rented all over Europe etc but Bann Jasmine tops all. Victoria the owner has made sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. The villa itself is in tip top shape, the villa has everything you need and require, all utensils etc,latest TV set up, very relaxing chairs, beds unreal, beautiful bathrooms, exquisite outdoor sala. Do I need to go on ... Very modern and feels like you are staying in a lived in property. We all felt very at home. Baby friendly as we have a 18 month old, the villa has plenty of toys for her to entertain herself with. My mother stayed too in her own section of Bann Jasmine, which suited all of us :-) The pool area is to die for.very local to fishermans. There is a great gym 10 mins walk away. Taxis always available within 10 min. What really stood out for me is everything that is advertised regarding Bann Jasmine is totally accurate. The staff that look after the gardens, pool, cleaners etc are so so polite and do a proper job. We would love to return one day and can comfirm 100 per cent it's worth every single penny, and promise you will fall in love with it. Jamie & Amy baker

Fantastic place!!

We were looking for a villa for our honeymoon on Koh Samui and are so pleased that we came across Baan Jasmine. The villa was exactly as described and had everything you could have wanted except for it was even nicer than in the pictures. The pool and gardens were well maintained and the cleaners came once a week (we requested that they only came once a week otherwise they would have come more often). The villa has a housebook with lots of useful information on the villa itself and plenty of information on things to do around and about. It was a 10-15 minute walk down to fishermans village where you will find plenty of restaurants serving excellent food. We didn't have a chance to try them all but The Happy Elephant, The Address and Starfish and Coffee are certainly some we would recommend. Karma Sutra also serves the most gorgeous homemade chips (and plenty of them!!! If you want a takeaway try Samui Delivery (you will find the website if you google it). They deliver food from various restaurants so there is plenty of choice. Victoria (the owner) could not have been more friendly and helpful in the run up to our holiday at Baan Jasmine. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had. She even organised our hire car for us and arranged it so that it was delivered and collected from the villa! Sue (who manages the villa on behalf of Victoria on Koh Samui) was also fantastic and was only a phone call away (on the mobile which was provided) if we needed her/had any questions. She also provided the transfers to and from the airport. Thanks Sue! We arrived a day later than expected due to delayed flights and were delighted to arrive to a lit up villa with lots of basic supplies, fresh flowers throughout and to top it off a nicely chilled bottle of champagne in the fridge and card from Victoria congratulating us on our honeymoon. It really was a lovely touch. Would we recommend Baan Jasmine???? YES!! Many of our friends and family have asked if we would return to the villa. Our response is most definately. The villa is fantastic, there is so much to do on Koh Samui and its neighbouring islands and the customer service is excellent. In fact we have been trying to work out when we could make our next trip there! Catherine and Jamie

We are a family of four. We decided to purchase a property ten years ago in Koh Samui because it is a short flight from where we live in Singapore and we simply love everything about Koh Samui Island, Fishermans village Bophut, stunning beaches, the Thai people, delicious food and not to mention the sunshine!.
We love to stay in great places which are well maintained. So much thought has been taken to maintain & style the villa to suit both couples on honeymoon, families with all age children and those looking for a boutique style break away in a beautiful setting.
If you book our villa you will enjoy a wonderful stay on the island in a beautiful villa including its own large private tropical walled garden with our Bali stone pool.

The villa is quietly situated in a residential part of Bophut however it is very easy to take a short walk past the local temple into Bophut Fishermans village and enjoy the beach, cafes, bars, beach front restaurants, boutique shops and the quaint and well preserved Fishermans village. We often walk down to the village in the evening and for breakfast. Relax and enjoy using the new natural stone swimming pool in the villas tropical garden and love travelling to the islands many beautiful beaches.
There is much to explore on the island so it is worthwhile hiring a car for a few days. Many stunning beaches within 10 minutes drive of the villa. When you book we provide you with a well researched guide written from our island knowledge of the best beaches, restaurants and things you can do on the island. Our excellent villa management team offers a welcome to the villa on arrival and will help you with anything you need during your stay.
