Our master bedroom contains a Luxury Double Mattress, Clothes Rail, fresh linen and sheets. You’ll be well rested to enjoy your time in Manchester.



SECOND BEDROOM:



Our second bedroom also contains a luxury double bed, storage space, fresh linen and sheets.



LIVING ROOM:



Our living room contains a large 4 seater sofa and armchair. Plus a small dining area. We also have a new large smart TV with all the apps you will need to unwind.



KITCHEN & DINING AREA:



Our Beautiful Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. You can also treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door.



GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:



We provide the convenience of a washing machine, ideal for those on extended trips.



Guest will receive a 13% discount for stays over 1 week.

Guest will receive a 20% discount for 1 month stays or more.



PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:



For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps. Additionally, a cot is available; kindly let us know in advance if you require one.

🛋 Sofa Bed Linen Fee – If you’d like to use the sofa bed, there is a small linen fee of £14.50. This covers the extra laundry and housekeeping required to prepare it.



⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability, we can offer early arrivals or later departures at £20 per hour. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this with our housekeeping team.
