Getting Around:
Irvine Court is centrally located in Mumbles, making it easy to explore on foot. The seafront, shops, cafés, and restaurants are all just a short stroll away.
For longer trips, bus services run regularly to Swansea city centre (about 5 miles), while Swansea train station connects you to destinations across Wales and beyond. Driving is simple, with parking nearby and quick access to the M4 motorway for exploring the surrounding area, including the Gower Peninsula and South Wales countryside.

*No Parties or Events Allowed
This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: ÂŁ1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a ÂŁ1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra ÂŁ65 fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: ÂŁ20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
Late check-out (after 10AM): ÂŁ20/half hour
*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
We require either:
A refundable security deposit of ÂŁ250âÂŁ500 (depending on property size), OR
A non-refundable damage waiver of ÂŁ50âÂŁ150 (depending on length of stay)
