THE AETHER ELEMENT:
Ascend to the Aether Residence, single level (55 sq m), where panoramic views and privacy await. This residence offers a bedroom on the upper floor, overlooking the stunning surroundings. Enjoy the generous living space with a sofa bed, courtyard, terrace, kitchen, and bathroom. Indulge in your private swimming pool, 1.40 meters deep, with a jacuzzi mechanism, covering 10 square meters.

THE HYDOR ELEMENT:
Unwind in the spacious one-bedroom, split level (57 sqm), residence featuring a large living area with a sofa bed, a courtyard, expansive terrace, fully-equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Immerse yourself in your private swimming pool, 1.40 meters deep, equipped with a jacuzzi mechanism, spanning 10 square meters.

All units are furnished with two TV sets. Additionally, for enhanced safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are installed around the premises.
