The Space:
This villa with a private pool is laid out across two levels and offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room designed for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen suitable for everyday cooking or longer stays, and a large dining area that comfortably accommodates all guests.
The upper floor features four well-sized bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, providing a calm and comfortable sleeping environment. The villa includes two bathrooms: a main bathroom with a jacuzzi for added comfort, and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, ensuring convenience for all guests.
Outdoors, the property offers a private garden and a private swimming pool đââïž, perfect for enjoying the islandâs climate throughout the day. Private on-site parking is available, allowing space for guestsâ vehicles. The mansion is ideally located about 2 km from the main port of Tinos and only 400 meters from the beach.
I will be staying in a nearby house (within a couple of minutes reach from the one you will be staying), for the whole duration of your visit.
You will have your privacy of course, but in case you need anything I will be available to help you 24/7!
The Neighborhood:
Several beautiful beaches are located within easy reach of the property, making it an excellent base for exploring the islandâs coastline. Agios Fokas Beach is just 400m away and ideal for swimming and seaside dining, while Agios Sostis Beach (2.5 km) offers a long sandy shore with crystal-clear waters. Additional nearby options include Stavros Beach (4km), Pachia Ammos Beach (5 km), known for its natural landscape, and Lichnaftia Beach (7km), a quieter choice surrounded by greenery.
Cultural and historical attractions are also close by. Guests can visit the Archaeological Museum of Tinos (2.5 km) to learn more about the islandâs ancient past, the iconic Monument of Elli (3.2 km) overlooking the port, and the Sanctuary of Poseidon (5km) at Kionia, one of the most important archaeological sites in the Cyclades. The building also offers two private underground parking spaces, providing added convenience and peace of mind during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
You will be renting the total of the ground floor, as well as the total of the first floor.
In the building there's also a basement in which you won't have access, where some operational facilities (such as heating/cooling mechanisms, automated watering system etc) are located.
Occasionally on the said floor (basement) maintenance crew (gardener, pool cleaner etc) might perform their tasks.
They enter the building through a completely separated and isolated entrance, without the ability to interact with you or the floors which you will be staying at.
They are stictly informed not to disturb you, in order for you to enjoy your vacation without any interruptions.
