Villa Ernica is a luxurious and contemporary haven set in the peaceful village of Meladeia, just a 10-minute drive from the beach. Designed with a modern aesthetic, this stylish villa is filled with natural light, featuring a soft, neutral color palette and sleek, high-quality furnishings that create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.Spanning two levels and fully air-conditioned, the villa welcomes you with an elegant entrance and a staircase leading to both floors. The lower level is dedicated to open-plan living, where the spacious lounge and dining area provide a comfortable space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen ensures effortless meal preparation, while large patio doors frame stunning views of the countryside stretching down to the sea.Upstairs, all three well-appointed bedrooms offer privacy and comfort. The master double features an en suite bathroom, while a second double and a twin room share a spacious shower room. Each bedroom boasts its own private balcony, with the double rooms overlooking the pristine pool area—perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.Outside, the beautifully maintained pool area offers a tranquil retreat, complete with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. A shaded dining terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, easily prepared on your private BBQ.For your convenience, air conditioning in the bedrooms is included. If desired, the two lounge units are available at an additional charge of €10 per day for one unit or €15 for both.Whether you're looking for a serene escape or a stylish base to explore the region, Villa Ernica is the perfect choice for a memorable and relaxing getaway.
