This two-story, fully air-conditioned villa comfortably accommodates six guests, with the option to add an extra child upon request.

The ground floor features an open-plan design, with large windows allowing natural light to flood the space. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a seamless self-catering experience, complemented by a charming country-style dining table for enjoying home-cooked meals. The comfortable lounge, traditionally furnished with a cozy ambiance, includes a Smart TV with Netflix, perfect for unwinding. Patio doors open to a spacious dining terrace overlooking the private pool, where guests can savor meals with panoramic sea views.

Also on this level is a well-appointed double bedroom with en-suite facilities, thoughtfully adapted for guests with mobility needs, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all.

Ascending to the first floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—a twin room and a double room, both with private en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom enjoys direct access to front and side balconies, where you can take in sweeping views of Agia Marina Beach and the surrounding countryside. A functional utility area is also available on this level for added convenience.

Air conditioning is provided free of charge in all bedrooms, while A/C in the lounge is available upon request at €14 per day, payable locally to the owner.

The private pool area offers a serene setting with stunning views over Agia Marina Beach. Roman steps provide easy access for all guests, making it ideal for families. During the cooler months, the pool can be heated upon request at €85 per day (minimum 4-day operation).
