For green space and fresh air, Wythenshawe Park is approximately twenty minutes on foot. One of Greater Manchester`s most popular public parks, it offers open lawns, woodland walks, and a historic hall, making it a rewarding destination for an easy morning out. The area also sits close to both the M56 and M60 motorways, making it an excellent base for guests arriving by car or needing to travel onwards across the wider region.
Getting around is straightforward. A bus stop is just three minutes on foot, served by Bee Network routes 43 and 103 running regularly towards Wythenshawe Town Centre and Manchester city centre. The Wythenshawe Town Centre Metrolink tram stop is approximately ten minutes on foot, with trams running every ten to twelve minutes towards Manchester city centre â an onward journey of approximately forty minutes. Booking Policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
