Blending traditional red sandstone features with modern comforts, it offers a stylish kitchen, cosy cinema room, and private front and rear gardens. Close to local shops, cafes, and great transport links—perfect for a relaxing Edinburgh stay for the whole family.
The Space:
Spread across three stylish levels, this spacious home is perfect for families or groups. Downstairs, unwind in the cosy TV room, catch up on work in the office space, or cook up a storm in the sleek dining kitchen with breakfast bar, integrated appliances, and direct access to a private garden with decking—plus a full bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor, enjoy a bright living room and a charming double bedroom, both featuring classic period details.
Upstairs, relax in the luxurious master bedroom with en suite, along with a modern family bathroom, another comfy bedroom with a small double bed, and a fun bedroom with custom built-in bunk beds—perfect for kids or the young at heart.
