Large 4 bed house offering 3 king size beds and a double, with additional sofa bed on request. 2 Bedrooms have en-suites and there is a large family bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The bedrooms have cooling units or fans for the hotter months with lightweight duvets also available.
Large fully equipped kitchen-diner offering two ovens (one with built in microwave), dishwasher, hob and American style fridge freezer. Dining table seats 8 with 3 additional stools at the breakfast bar.
Separate utility room offering a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities, perfect for the longer visits.
The property boasts 2 lounges with comfy sofas and chairs. The rear lounge has a large smart tv with connection to Netflix and Amazon Prime available, and books and games. Free wifi throughout the property.
The front lounge has a sofa bed comfortably sleeping 1 adult or 2 smaller children. There are some children's books and small selection of toys for younger guests.
A downstairs toilet is off the hallway.
Outside there is a decked patio with table and chairs, and seating bench leading onto the lawned garden area. A small slide and pedal car is available for smaller children, along with a swing ball set for all to use.
The garden opens out to direct footpath access that offers rural and riverside walks, with pubs and restaurants along the way. There are many cycle paths within easy access too.
Willsbridge Mill is within a walkable distance and worth a visit with the children - a cafe is on site but check opening times which are restricted during winter months.
There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafes and takeaways within a few minutes drive, or a 10 minute walk.
The cities of Bristol and Bristol are easily accessed and provide a wealth of historic and other attractions to suit all. There are many places to eat too to suit all preferences. Various bus and walking tours are on offer in both cities.
Further afield the Cotswolds and surrounding towns are worthy of a visit.
