Dans le quartier de Centre-ville de Puerto Vallarta, cet appartement condo se trouve Ă moins de 5 minutes de marche de Galerie Pacifique et MalecĂłn.Playa de los Muertos est Ă 1,4 km de distance.
Restful couple of weeks. The suite was comfortable and cozy. The site manager Lupe was terrific and very helpful. Communication with the owner Brian was very good. Got plenty of exercise walking the stairs to town. Hope to be back.
Like other comments mentioned place is little bit on the hill so defiently not for a 80yrs old person with walker, but its nothing crazy...we are in mid 40 and had no problem use stairs by the "Si senor" restaurant. Great thing about the place is location...minutes away from malecon of from La coros view point. place is spacious clean and well maintained, Lupe is wonderfull person and helps whith everything if you ask for any help or advice.
Great secure clean, roomy and well stocked condo. One of the best equipped we have stayed at and we are frequent travellers to PV. Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap, spices etc all supplied. All the items needed to cook in if you choose. HEATED pool. On site manager (Lupe) is fantastic. Friendliest people in PV. Only downside is the hike up the hill. Good exercise to work off the calories. You will hear the roosters and dogs, no different compared to any downtown properties. Water pressure is adequate to shower and plenty of hot water.
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Miel! The condo is spacious and comfortable and full of Mexican charm. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions I had. The kitchen is very well equipped. Really nice pool and roof top areas.
It is situated in a great location. There are many restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. For groceries Leys and the Cinco de Diciembre market are very close. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Malecon and about a 15 minute walk to centro. For those of us who like to exercise the urban hiking opportunities are endless with the "hike to the cross" just outside your door.
We have been to Puerto Vallarta many times and this was one of our favorite places to stay. We hope to be back.
Thanks
Our family stayed at this condo for a week in January 2023. It's in a central location and just 1 minutes walk from the promenade. It has a great view of the bay area and an especially amazing view from the rooftop patio. The property is very well maintained and there is always an on-site maintenance lady who was awesome and very helpful. She contacted me before my flight and allowed us to have an early checkin so we would not have to wait around. The place is kept very clean and everything works. It has the traditional decor which makes you feel that you are at somebody's local house, and not at a standard hotel room. There is a heated pool right outside the front door and you can see the ocean right from there. It's close to all the places of interest in Vallarta. Definitely recommend staying there if you are visiting the area and you want to have some authentic experience.
We have stayed at the condo previously. It is getting a bit dated but still a great place. The onsite manager is fantastic. Very helpful and offered us great information on the community. Loved the Christmas lights. Plan to return
Gorgeous property, looks even better than the pictures! Clean, spacious, nice touches like fluffy towels. The pool and rooftop deck are amazing. And Lupe was the best, always there if you needed anything. Would definitely come back!
We love the courtyard, and the pool. It was lovely, and comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again. As mentioned in another comment, you do have to hike back up to the property from town, and be careful on the cobblestones walking down the hill. Unless youâre going to drive everywhere, know that you need to be able bodied to get around.
Lupe is the best. Clean and quiet. Walked everywhere and uber back. Had nice evenings by the pool on the deck - patio. Always safe and slept very well.
We loved our 8-day stay at Casa de Miel. The condo is pretty, comfortable, and just about everything you could need is provided. The kitchen was particularly well-stocked with appliances, cooking ware and serving ware. The only limitation is the kitchen is rather narrow, with limited (but adequate) counter space.
The master bedroom is spacious and we found the king bed quite comfortable. The second bedroom is smaller, with queen bed, and opens out to a semi-private courtyard area.
The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town, but close enough to easily walk to Centro and Romantica whenever you want to.
Lupe, the caretaker, lives in the complex and did a splendid job introducing us to the condo and describing how to get around town, and she consistently keeps the common areas clean and tidy. She was available to help with anything we might need.
Our guests, staying in the second bedroom, found the queen bed to be uncomfortably firm, but as soon as we asked Lupe for advice she brought to us a mattress topper that helped a lot.
Besides the unit itself, the lovely pool area is just outside the condo door, and complete with loungers and tables with umbrellas. The view is wonderful. An even better view is from the rooftop, where you can see practically the entire Banderas Bay.
One heads up if you are considering this rental: it is an easy walk downhill to the MalecĂłn, but for the return trip most folks will want to use Uber. Sometimes Uber drivers get confused how to access the location, due to some blocked streets and one-way streets. Add to that the bumpy old cobblestone and it can be a humorous ride!
Brian, one of the owners, was also very responsive to messages/questionsâbefore check-in and during our stay.
Our family of four fit perfectly into this clean, well-supplied 2-bed, 2-bath condo w/a pool & patio. Lupe, the property manager, was helpful and accessible, and the location is walkable to the Malecon, galleries, restaurants, Zona Romantica, Isla Cuale and a short cab ride from the Marina, where we departed for a couple of family adventures (snorkeling, zip lining). It's a little bit of a hike up the hill, but the view is worth it. Go all the way to the top and see from the observation deck at Mirador Cerro de La Cruz.

Beautiful property, super clean and authentic home
I canât say enough how perfect this small condo complex is. The view, the overall cleanliness, the traditional style, and the space and comfort of the unit. Lupe, the on-site manager works diligently to keep the property fresh and clean . She is also a wealth of information and willing to help when needed.
Thank you for a wonderful week. Weâll be back!
Our first time in PVR. This condominium was absolutely charming and comfortable. Lots of amenities to make our stay like home. Close to all the action but far enough away to be a tranquil oasis after a busy day walking. The location on the first floor is nice and the heated pool right outside the condo is handy. The hill to the condo was as expected, long and steep but honestly was not too difficult to navigate. You get used to it after a couple of days. Cabs are everywhere. 40 to 50 pesos and you are up the hill in no time. We have really enjoyed PVR and we will return to Casa de Miel next year. Thank you again.
Have stayed here 5 weeks.....this apartment is central, downtown is s 20 minute walk through some great shopping ,and very nice artitecture...always a festival of sorts going on lots to see....the apartment is great good wifi....has all the amenities....thanks guys
The interior and exterior of the property was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
My girlfriend and I loved the location and view. We have vacationed many times in Puerto Vallarta and stayed in many hotels. We particularly loved the âhome away from homeâ feeling. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious as well as the living room. The best part about our stay there was the beautiful patio, swimming pool, and Palapa area that was a few steps from our Condo. Lupe kept the outside area very clean. The swimming pool and patio was cleaned several times daily. We greatly appreciate her presence. Thanks to her we felt very comfortable and secure. My girl friend and I also enjoy the daily walks to the downtown âMaleconâ . She is 60 years old and Iâm 67 and we had no problems going up and down the streets towards the Malecon. Both of us are very healthy and some people may need a taxi to go down town. The cost is about three Dollars depending where you want to go. We will definitely return and we wonât miss the hotels we usually stayed. We prefer a private setting with our own swimming pool, patio and a great view. Lastly we like the traditional Mexican style decor.
We just got back from spending two weeks at Brian and Reuben's condo. It was so well stocked it wanted for nothing. The pool and cabana area were fantastic and we spent a lot of time here. Lupe was amazing and there to answer questions and give us any assistance needed. Yes it is up a fairly steep hill but I was recuperating from a tibial plateau fracture and did the walk up the stairs twice a day. It was healthy and helped my healing. If it was too much some days I grabbed a cab for a few pesos. All in all we were super pleased with our accommodation and yes we would most definitely stay here again! Donna Roberts
Very well stocked kitchen with lots of linen and games for small kids! Surprised us. The attendant is on top of maintenance, keeps the pool sparkling clean and the plants are lovely. The beds are comfortable and the living room is spacious. Location is great to access all the best restaurants and galleries. It is a villa vacation of authentic Mexico.
I stayed here for seven days with three other friends in our 50âs and 60âs. I was completely satisfied with the condo.Iâll stay there again when I return. I am a timeshare owner, but I like the convenience of being downtown.
I did a lot of walking and stair climbing. One day, I did over 150 floors of steps (I wear a Fitbit). If you can walk or like to walk downtown without driving, I highly recommend this place. The restaurants are located down the hill. Coming back,we took cabs. The last two days, we decide to walk up the stairway which is well light and safe. Since it was up the hill, there wasnât a lot of noise from the bars at the boardwalk (malecĂłn).
Lupe, the caretaker/office manager is very nice and accommodating. She works tirelessly to keep the condo complex clean and welcomig. I also talked to the owners and they are very nice and reasonable. I had no issues and I really appreciated it as this wasthe first private condo I rented through this website.
The issues I would state about the place is that the road is not good. We had good laughs going up the road, and the cabs somehow made it up there. I understand the road will be improved soon. This place is also a place where you want to walk. I would not recommend it for wheelchair folks (or anywhere in Puerto Vallarta). We all enjoyed walking. I slept well every night from the 18,000 steps + of walking.
The view upstairs is excellent and the place was clean and properly maintained. I even did laundery on the last day and came home with clean clothes.
I have pictures but I canât seemto load them on this website.
But bravo. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this condo.
The Casa de Miel is in Condo Ibiza up the hill in old town PV. While the climb is arduous and not accessible to people with any disability, the view is stunning. The interior is spacious and roomy with a lot of storage and everything that one needs to cook and relax and have quiet. For context on the location, iit is halfway up the hill to El Cruz de Mirador on a very steep incline. We walked up and down daily to several of the lovely beaches nearby. And very much enjoyed the variety of restaurants and shops in old town and la zona romantica. We were well taken care of by Lupe, our on-site host who kept the pool sparkling clean and assisted us with several mishaps. She is a gem!
