Villa Thalira has been thoughtfully designed with minimalist Cycladic architecture, combining clean whitewashed lines, natural textures and earthy tones to create a calm yet sophisticated atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with natural light and allow seamless indoor-outdoor living, while carefully selected furnishings enhance the airy, relaxed ambience throughout. The villa spans approximately 65 square metres and features one spacious bedroom with an extra-large double bed, an elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a comfortable living area with a sofa bed, making it suitable for up to four guests.



Outdoors, a private terrace and balcony provide the perfect vantage point to admire the sea, garden and pool views, while the private swimming pool offers a peaceful oasis for cooling off under the Mediterranean sun or unwinding at the end of the day. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee or a starlit evening with a glass of wine, every moment at Villa Thalira is designed with relaxation in mind.



The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer, along with all necessary kitchenware and dining facilities. Additional comforts include high-end linens, bathrobes, slippers, complimentary toiletries, soundproofing, heating, a flat-screen TV, safety deposit box and private entrance. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.



Guests of the complex benefit from personalised concierge services available on request, including private transfers, yacht and boat hire, tailored dining experiences and curated island tours. These services are offered at an additional cost and can be arranged prior to arrival or during the stay to ensure a seamless and stress-free holiday experience. Daily housekeeping and additional services are not included unless specifically requested and confirmed in advance, and may incur supplementary charges.



Please note that a refundable security deposit of up to €300 may be required. In the event of damage to the property during the stay, guests may be charged up to this amount after check-out, in accordance with the property’s damage policy. Towels and bed linen are provided, with replacement or additional changes available on request at an extra cost.
