Villa Heliora is a refined two-bedroom holiday retreat of 100 m², forming part of an exclusive complex of three independent villas located directly beside Agioi Anargyroi Beach in Naoussa, Paros. Designed to blend traditional Cycladic architecture with natural materials, the villa enjoys a strong connection to its surrounding landscape while offering contemporary comfort and privacy. With its own private entrance and private swimming pool, Villa Heliora provides a calm and stylish setting for a relaxing island escape.



The villa is arranged over a single level and features a comfortably chic open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for both short and extended stays. Two separate bedrooms accommodate up to four guests, with the master bedroom offering a large double bed and the second bedroom furnished with two single beds that can be joined to form a double using a mattress topper. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, fine cotton bathrobes, slippers, luxury toiletries, and hairdryers complete the interior spaces. Air conditioning and heating are individually controlled throughout, and soundproofing ensures a peaceful stay.



Outdoors, the private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and shaded dining and lounge areas, creating an inviting space to unwind at any time of day. Garden, pool, and landmark views enhance the sense of seclusion, while private parking is available on site. Additional in-villa amenities include Smart TVs with streaming services, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a coffee and espresso machine, minibar, safe deposit box, mosquito nets, and high-quality mattresses and linens.



Daily cleaning service is included, with linen changed every three days. Breakfast can be arranged on request and is served at the pool bar within the complex. Further services are available at an additional cost and upon request, including a private chef in the villa, in-house massage and beauty treatments, doctor on call, restaurant reservations, car rental and private transfers, excursions and cruises, activity planning such as sailing or scuba diving, as well as yacht rentals and helicopter tours.



A refundable damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival and will be collected by credit card; this will be fully refunded at check-out following a satisfactory inspection of the property. Children over the age of 15 are welcome. Cots and extra beds are not available, and the villa is strictly non-smoking.
