Set in a peaceful location with open views of the Naoussa bay, this elegant home blends minimal Cycladic architecture and modern comfort. Enjoy peaceful mornings by your private pool, spend the day under the Cycladic sun and unwind in the evening with a glass of wine under the stars.
Designed with an emphasis on light, space and flow, Villa Candia features a spacious open-plan living area that opens seamlessly to the outdoor terrace and pool. Large windows frame views of the Naoussa bay, filling the interior with soft natural light throughout the day. The living area includes a comfortable lounge and a dining table for six. The living room offers also a 55” Smart TV, Sonos sound system, high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for remote work). The ergonomic kitchen combines modern functionality with traditional Cycladic lines, creating an inspiring setting to cook or share a meal, always with a view of the sea. It comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Ninja Blender and all cooking essentials.
The villa includes three en-suite bedrooms with queen-size beds, all with air conditioning and ceiling fans. One bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe, while the other two offer built-in wardrobes with interior lighting. All bathrooms are modern and elegant,featuring premium toiletries.
Outdoors, the private pool, sun loungers and dining pergola invite long, lazy afternoons and sunset gatherings.
Ideally located, the villa is just a six-minute drive from Naoussa and the popular Kolymbithres beach, three minutes from a local bakery and supermarket, twelve minutes from Parikia port, and approximately twenty-five minutes from Paros airport, making it both tranquil and conveniently accessible.
