Villa Altiora is a refined three-bedroom villa forming part of an elegant complex in Paros, located just a short walk from the beach and designed to offer relaxed Cycladic living with contemporary comfort. Set entirely on the ground floor and measuring approximately 100 square metres, the villa combines clean architectural lines with carefully curated interiors, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere ideal for families or groups of friends.



The villa opens via a private entrance into a bright living area with comfortable seating and a dining space, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stovetop, refrigerator, coffee and tea-making facilities, espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware, dining table, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Large openings lead out to the terrace and private outdoor areas, where garden views and shaded seating create a pleasant setting for dining and relaxation. The private swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests of Villa Altiora and is accompanied by sun loungers and outdoor furniture, offering a peaceful space to enjoy the Parian sunshine.



Accommodation is arranged across three bedrooms, one furnished with a large double bed and two with twin beds, making the villa suitable for up to six guests. The two bathrooms are fitted with walk-in showers and include bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers, towels, and quality bathroom amenities. Throughout the villa, guests benefit from individually controlled air conditioning and heating, soundproofing, Wi-Fi, smart TVs with streaming services, a safe deposit box, iron and ironing facilities, mosquito nets, and hypoallergenic finishes.



Daily cleaning service is included, with linen changed every three days. Additional services can be arranged on request, including breakfast served at the complex pool bar, a private chef in the villa, in-house massage and beauty treatments, doctor on call, restaurant reservations, car rental and private transfers, excursions and cruises, activity bookings such as sailing or scuba diving, and yacht or helicopter charters.



Please note that children over the age of 15 are welcome at the property. Cots and extra beds are not available. A refundable damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival and is collected by credit card; this will be refunded after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Smoking is not permitted within the villa or outdoor areas.
