The villa accommodates up to eight guests and is laid out across two levels, featuring three stylish bedrooms on the ground floor, each furnished with comfortable double beds. Two of these bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms, while the third shares a well-appointed family bathroom. The fourth bedroom is an attic-style space located beneath the roof and includes its own private bathroom with a modern shower cubicle, offering privacy and charm in equal measure.



The heart of the villa is a sleek, open-plan kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and oven. Large glass doors fill the space with natural light and open onto the terrace, seamlessly connecting the interior with the beautiful outdoor areas. The pool is heated during the shoulder months of April, May, October and November, allowing guests to enjoy swimming regardless of the season. A built-in barbecue invites long, leisurely lunches or dinners, while an outdoor shower offers convenience after a dip in the pool.



Villa Colossus is equipped with all the comforts expected of a luxury holiday home, including air conditioning throughout, WiFi, streaming services, a safety deposit box, and soundproofing for added privacy. From the villa’s spacious terrace and balconies, guests can take in views of the sea, garden, pool, and surrounding hills.



There is no security deposit required for this villa, and there are no additional staff included in the rental. However, linen, towels, and essential amenities are provided for the duration of your stay. Please note that extra services such as additional cleaning, towels and bed linen replacement, or pool heating outside of the designated months may be available upon request at an extra cost.
