Upon entering this elegant studio, you are greeted by an open space where the modern kitchen blends seamlessly into the living room. Here, a comfortable seating area invites you to relax with a plush green sofa and a wooden armchair, ideal for quiet moments watching TV or reading a good book.

Climb the stairs to the mezzanine, where a sanctuary of rest awaits with a comfortable queen-size bed. This loft-style design maximises the use of space while creating an intimate and cosy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto.

The two full bathrooms offer luxurious comfort with modern showers, premium fluffy towels, and hairdryers, ensuring a spa-like experience.

The balcony, equipped with a table and chairs, provides the ideal setting to enjoy breakfast outdoors with panoramic views of the river.

The space is professionally cleaned at all times for your comfort.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire third-floor studio, including the mezzanine bedroom and private balcony. The building is equipped with an elevator for convenient access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the esteemed neighborhood of Vila Nova de Gaia, this property is surrounded by the rich heritage of the historic district. Just steps away, you'll find the world-renowned port wine cellars and charming cobblestone streets. This area exudes a sophisticated ambiance, offering a perfect blend of culture and luxury.

Public transport is effortlessly accessible, with the Jardim do Morro metro station a short walk away, connecting you to Porto's vibrant city center. Enjoy a leisurely stroll across the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, or explore local tram lines offering scenic routes along the river.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
