The seafront is a comfortable fifteen minute walk away, and as you stroll across Southsea Common youâll find tea shops, skate parks, tree lined paths, and Clarence Pier to your right, South Parade Pier to your left. The Isle of Wight Hovercraft is also just by the waterâs edge.

This apartment is on the first floor and accessed via stairs. There is a lift at this apartment. It may be suitable for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility, please enquire before booking.
The nearest train station is Portsmouth and Southsea or Fratton, both less than 10 minutes in a Car, about a 20 minute walk. There are many Bus Stops nearby. If you are coming by car, the parking is street parking in the surrounding roads â you will need a permit as Southsea is all zone parking, you can purchase then through us.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.
