Inside, the apartment features two air-conditioned bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—comfortably hosting up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, toaster, washing machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine, while the bathroom offers a shower along with toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Wi-Fi speeds reach up to 24 Mbps, suitable for browsing and remote work. The property uses an electric boiler, which typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water once activated.
