Lapis Nera Villa I is a brand-new luxury residence, uniquely positioned directly in front of the beach, offering uninterrupted sea access and an authentic living experience. Indoor facilities Designed to accommodate up to six guests, this exclusive beachfront villa in Heraklion is ideal for families and small groups seeking privacy, comfort, and a premium holiday experience. The villa extends across three levels and combines contemporary architecture with elegant natural materials, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming environment. The materials used in the construction are environmentally friendly, including rock wool insulation throughout all insulation areas and eco-friendly Kourasani material on all interior surfaces.
On the ground level, the villa features an open-plan living area with a 55" Smart TV and a PlayStation 5. Large floor-to-ceiling openings maximize natural light and create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, allowing guests to enjoy the sea views from inside the villa. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, with a dining area for 6 guests. This level also includes one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and mountain views, as well as a guest WC.
The first level hosts two elegant bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom and balcony. The master bedroom offers breathtaking sea views, while the second bedroom enjoys mountain views.The villas rooftop offers a truly unique highlight of the property. This open area features a king-size bed under a bioclimatic adjustable/opening pergola, two 43" Smart TVs, a private jacuzzi for up to six guests, a minibar, and an open-air bathroom with a shower. The retractable roof creates an exceptional experience, allowing guests to open the space and enjoy the starry sky and the soothing sound of the sea.On the lower level, the villa includes a private massage studio designed for wellness and relaxation. Professional massage services can be arranged upon request, allowing guests to enjoy a private spa experience within their own seafront villa. The massage studio is available exclusively upon booking a massage appointment.
Outdoor facilities The outdoor areas of Lapis Nera Villa I are designed to fully embrace the Cretan summer lifestyle. Guests can unwind in the swimming pool, which can be heated upon request, ideal for relaxation even on the cooler days, while enjoying the sea breeze and the surrounding coastal scenery. A BBQ area invites guests to enjoy outdoor cooking and dining experiences, creating memorable moments with family and friends in a relaxed seaside atmosphere. The outdoor lounging areas are ideal for sunbathing, enjoying a morning coffee, or sipping a sunset drink with the sound of the waves in the background. The outdoor area is complemented by a private garden located at the rear of the villa, offering a peaceful space to relax. Moreover, a large parking area is provided, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.
Directly in front of the beach, four umbrellas and eight sunbeds are provided exclusively for guests private use, creating the perfect setting for relaxation by the sea. In addition, between the villa and the shoreline, a beautiful, tree-filled area provides natural shade. Beneath the trees, an additional outdoor dining area accommodates up to eight guests.
Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27?C depending on weather conditions. We request 3 days advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15EUR per night/villa from April to October and 4EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.
Lapis Nera Villa I is part of the Lapis Nera Villas Complex, which includes two twin villas, one next to the other: Lapis Nera Villa I (3 bedrooms) and Lapis Villa II (3 bedrooms). Lapis Nera Villas are located in a privileged location with gorgeous views, high-end amenities, and modern design. Each villa offers autonomy, its own facilities, and a private pool.
