KITCHEN & DINING AREA

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. It includes a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and ceramic hob.



We also provide complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, cooking oil, and salt & pepper.



The kitchen island doubles as a stylish breakfast bar with four bar stools, perfect for enjoying meals with family, friends, or a special someone. This area also serves as an excellent workspace for guests travelling on business.



BEDROOMS

There is one beautifully furnished bedroom with a king-size bed, blackout curtains, a full-length mirror, and a wardrobe offering ample storage.



BATHROOMS

There is one bathroom featuring a modern shower. We provide fresh bath towels and hand towels, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.



LIVING AREA

The living area includes a 55-inch Smart TV with Sky Cable and Netflix access. From here, you can also step out onto the wrap-around balcony and enjoy incredible views.



LOCATION & PARKING

This property is located in the heart of Manchester, in the highly sought-after Deansgate and Castlefield district. Manchester’s central bar and retail areas are all within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.



If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the apartment floor to access the apartment.

Other optional extras are available for an additional fee. We provide services such as private chef's, laundry & dry cleaning, early check-ins, late check-outs, and much more.



This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £25.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
