Villa Deniz,

In the heart of Dalyan, just a 5-minute walk from the center. It is close to Dalyan Bazaar, cafes and entertainment venues, but has a quiet location. It is completely detached, has a private pool and garden.

Our villa, which has a land area of ​​460 m2, is in a garden and consists of two floors. It has a private pool of approximately 35 m2. The area of ​​the villa is 160 m2 net.

Ground floor,

If you want to make your own food, you can find everything you need to cook, prepare and cook in our fully prepared kitchen. A large refrigerator and freezer, oven, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, sink, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the pots and pans you need are at the service of our valued guests.

There is a large and comfortable seating group and air conditioning in the living room. There is an LCD screen TV and wi-fi. We have satellite TV with some English channels as well as local selections.

In its 460 m2 stylish and well-maintained garden, there is a 35 m2 swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue that will make your evening meals enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is the dining table for 8 right next to the pool. The garden area is safe and private.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry after the current guest leaves, and are packaged and ready for use again before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected during the guest check-in/check-out period on the same day.
