You can reach the most interesting places of the city within a short walking distance, such as the D. Luis I Bridge, Lello Bookstore, Clerigos Church, Porto Cathedral and most of the touristic sights!

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator.

Renovation work is ongoing in the building and in an adjacent one, with no scheduled completion date.

￫ Bed
The apartment has a comfortable double bed.

￫ Living Area
The living area has a flat-screen TV, a sofa and a balcony overlooking the street.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and hand-held coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
