The Sea View Wild Pear villa with large private pool is in one of the most prestigious resorts on the island of Crete. The villa is located on a 4,000-square-meter terraced plot facing the sea. It has a total area of about 400 square meters, is built on three floors, and comfortably accommodates up to 11+baby guests in five bedrooms.

The main entrance is on the middle floor. It leads to a two-level living room with a fireplace, a home theater, and a dining table that seats 12, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room with ironing facilities, and a guest bathroom with a sink and washing machine.

The upper floor of the villa has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and spacious wardrobe. Two bedrooms have private furnished balconies with panoramic sea and surrounding area views, and the other two have access to a shared balcony with side sea views and equally impressive mountain views.

The lower floor has a spacious fifth bedroom (32 m²) with a double bed, a single bed, a cot, and an en suite bathroom. This bedroom has high sliding glass panels that lead to a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, a ping-pong table, a patio by the pool, and a barbecue area with a fully-equipped kitchen containing a large refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop.

From the villa, you can walk down to Ligaria Bay (10-12 minutes), the beach, and the famous Anatoli and Sirocco taverns. There is also a mini-market and bus stop nearby.

The entire property is fenced and equipped with metal gates. There is a large parking area at the main entrance. Thanks to the property's convenient location, you can easily reach any point on Crete, the largest Greek island.
