Extra €180, paid locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €30 per day (to be paid locally on arrival). This extra is only available on request and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that, like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Please be aware that a Tourist Tax mandated by local authorities applies to your stay and is subject to change; this is an additional fee to be paid locally to the owner. The charge will be 2 Euros per person for a max of 5 nights and 1 Euro per person from March to November. Paid locally.
