Enjoy a stylish experience in this charming and sought-after part of Brighton, blending seaside elegance with urban vibrancy and rich cultural history at this quiet residential street within close proximity to the sea and the city centre
Welcome to our beautiful character courtyard flat with it's own front door. You'll be greeted by the character of the past; with charming original features. The space is a harmonious blend of old-world charm and contemporary design, offering a spacious, stylish yet cosy and inviting atmosphere
As you approach the apartment from the pavement outside, you can smell the sea air and see the sea, which is only a stones throw away.
There are a few steps taking you down to the secluded entrance and the front door of the property which is conveniently sheltered.
On opening the door at basement level, you step into the hallway where you are greeted with an open space.
Master Bedroom : A spacious and serene retreat featuring a comfortable King Sized bed , ample storage space ( a large mirrored wardrobe),
one bedside table, one bedside lamp, a console table and an occasion chair
En-suite: The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for your convenience which adds to the practical yet luxurious feel to the property
Bathroom: The family bathroom is a decent size with a shower over bath, toilet & basin
Open Living Room, Dining Room Onto Kitchen: The lounge area is a cosy haven for relaxation or family entertainment. There is a large corner sofa that seats 4, and a feature fireplace.
Courtyard Garden:
The patio doors open out and lead onto the courtyard from the lounge filling the room with natural light and providing an ideal space for reading, working or simply enjoying a coffee when the weather permit.
Dining Area: a dining room table that comfortably seats 4.
TV & Media: The TV is a Smart TV. You will need to use your own accounts for these as neither have subscriptions.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a breakfast bar onto the lounge for entertaining whilst cooking and is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine & dryer, glasses and crockery for 4 guests. Everything you need to prepare a meal or snacks.
Cafetiere: We provide a cafetiere, however please bring your own coffee to suit your taste
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is at the back of the property, off the kitchen. There is a comfortable Double Bed, a bedside table with two bedside lights and a chest of drawers.
Parking: The best on-street parking is on Holland Road or in Zone O. It costs about ÂŁ8.90 for 11 hours and is free overnight.
PLEASE NOTE:
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Food & Wine Convenience Store a few minutes walk away
Stairs: The only access to the property is down the external steps that lead down to the front door. The courtyard garden is private and secluded making this a very child friendly and dog friendly home.
Guests have full use of the entire property with private entrance

They ensure the property is professionally cleaned and prepared with fresh linens, toiletries, and all essentials before each stay. Their local team personally inspects the home to ensure it meets their readiness standards, so you can expect a smooth and comfortable experience from the moment you arrive.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
