New Villa Collina is a stunning property featuring four en-suite bedrooms, a private 33 square meter pool, and breathtaking sea views. Nestled in the charming Old Village Duće, Villa Collina is perched 4km up from the coastal road, accessible via a scenic, somewhat narrow local road leading to the old village and villa, offering spectacular panoramic views of the sea, Island Brač, and the surrounding mountains. It is powered by solar panels with an additional generator, all designed to meet the needs of a modern guest.

The interior spans 200 square meters, thoughtfully organised across the ground and first floors, and is perched on a private plot of 744 square meters. Designed to accommodate up to eight guests with an additional two in mind, Villa Collina provides a modern and stylish environment for a memorable stay. Fully air-conditioned and equipped with free WiFi, the villa offers everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation in the scenic Omis area.

The outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a private pool measuring 9.5 meters by 3.4 meters, with a shallow section and a deeper part reaching 1.5 meters, equipped with an electrolytic filtration system that is gentle on the skin. The pool overlooks the stunning coastline, the sea, and the island of Brač, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. The sun deck is furnished with eight lounge chairs and two umbrellas, complemented by an outdoor shower, a covered dining area with a barbecue suitable for wood or charcoal grilling, and an outdoor table tennis table for some lively fun.

Inside, the ground floor boasts a spacious 60-square-meter living area with full air conditioning, comprising a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining table, and sliding doors that open directly to the pool area. The living space features a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed for two, a smart TV, and a PlayStation 5, providing entertainment for all ages. A separate toilet with a sink, as well as a laundry corner with a washing machine and dryer, adds to the convenience. The ground floor also houses two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom No. 1 measures 19.4 square meters and features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), with sea views and a bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom No. 2, slightly larger at 24 square meters, also offers a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a walk-in wardrobe, a smart TV, and sea views, with its own en-suite bathroom.

The first floor provides a peaceful reading corner of 20 square meters, with a glass wall offering uninterrupted views of the coastline and the sea. This floor is home to two more bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and sea views.
Bedroom No. 3, identical in size to the first on the ground floor at 19.4 square meters, is furnished with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a shower-equipped bathroom.
Bedroom No. 4 is 24 square meters, features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a walk-in wardrobe, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished and equipped, making Villa Collina ideal for families or couples seeking a romantic getaway.
