Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2 – Twin single beds (can be configured as super king on request), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and mirror.
Bedroom 3 – Twin single beds (can be configured as super king on request), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and mirror. Ensuite – Bath with shower overhead, toilet and wash basin.
Shower Room – Shower, toilet, and washbasin.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite) – Queen size bed, bedside tables with lamps, built in wardrobe, drawers, chair, blanket box, TV, and en-suite shower room.
En-Suite – Walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin.

Raised Patio – Fully enclosed, outdoor seating, BBQ, and dining area.
Parking – Private parking for two cars on driveway (No motorhomes or boats).
EV Charging – Pay-as-you-go EV charger available.
Dogs – Three well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge per dog per stay. Dogs are allowed on living room furniture only when using a throw. Guests are required to bring their own throws.

The second floor is dedicated to the spacious master suite, complete with skylights, a TV, and a private en-suite — a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

Outside, the enclosed raised patio is a true highlight. A sun-soaked and sheltered space, it’s perfect for al fresco dining, relaxed evenings with the BBQ, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal air after a day at the beach. With private parking and modern amenities throughout, Lavender House is an excellent choice for a relaxing coastal escape. No smoking, no candles or other naked flames in property.
