The space
This unique mill conversion is on the 3rd floor of a 200-year-old converted mill. There are 3 flights of stairs to consider but the rustic feel to the building gives it that original loft-style NY apartment feel which is worth the climb.

This apartment has been my home and I have enjoyed living in a vibrant area of the city. Now it is time for me to move on so I am happy to share my space with like-minded people who will appreciate the character and look after it like it's their own.

You can walk anywhere in the city from this apartment so I would recommend leaving the car at home. However, there are some reasonable parking options in the area, so it won't cost you more to park than to buy a drink.

As this is a 200-year-old mill conversion, there is no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so be prepared to travel light as you will need to use the stairs.

Despite being in the heart of Ancoats the Apartment is on a quiet back street so you won't hear much noise, especially in the bedrooms.
