Serena Apartment is a traditional apartment located in Symi, Dodecanese, in the beautiful
area of Kali Strata. It is situated on the first floor and can comfortably
accommodate up to 4 guests, making it ideal for couples or groups of friends.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single
beds. There is a spacious living room with a TV, perfect for relaxing after a
day of exploring the island. The apartment includes one bathroom with a shower
and a separate WC, offering extra comfort during your stay. Outdoors, there is
a small area where you can enjoy the sun and your morning coffee in a calm and
pleasant setting. Access to the apartment is by stairs or by a small car, which
can be parked about 100 meters away. A public outdoor gym is located just a few
meters from the apartment, ideal for a refreshing morning workout.

& Serena Apartments are found in Kali Strata. Thanks to its unique
picturesque scenery and ambiance, Symi attracts people from all over the world.
As you enter the harbor of Gialos by ferry or cruise ship, the imposing homes
of this colorful traditional settlement create a breathtaking scene. On the
other side of the island, youll find Taxiarchis Michael of Panormitis, the
monastery that houses the icon of the famous miracle worker saint. Indeed many
travel to Symi to light a candle and say a prayer in hope that the saint will
gran? them their wishes.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 2EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 0.50EUR per night
Kindly note that the climate tax is not included in the total reservation amount and is payable separately.
