Monica's Place: a Friends' Inspired Apartment

Comfortable bedrooms ensure a restful night, while the fully equipped kitchen and adjoining balcony beckon for culinary adventures. The living room, adorned with vintage charm, seamlessly connects to the kitchen, creating a warm and inviting space. Here, where every detail whispers home, discover comfort, style, and a dash of TV magic.

In the heart of Arroios, one of Lisbon’s most diverse and dynamic neighborhoods, you'll find this bright and functional two-bedroom apartment that blends modern style with vintage charm, making it a great base for remote workers, urban explorers, and city lovers.

Arroios is known for its multicultural energy, trendy cafés, and lively atmosphere. It’s just a short walk to Intendente and well-connected to Lisbon’s city center, making it easy to dive into the city’s best spots.

The Space

- Living Room
With its colorful and bright vintage décor and TV, it's an ideal and cozy nook.

- Kitchen
Right next to the living room, in an open space concept, these areas together set the stage for the perfect "chill and chat" evening vibes. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included).

- Balcony
A small but lovely balcony highlights the apartment's charm.

- Bedrooms
The apartment features 3 bedrooms. Two with double beds and one with two single beds. All with a unique and stylish feel.

- Bathroom
There's one bathroom with shower.


Good to Know:

- Bustling atmosphere: Arroios is full of life, so expect a bit of street noise as part of the vibrant neighborhood vibe.
- No elevator: The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator.
- No air conditioning or heating available in the unit.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
- Late Check-In Fee.: 25€ after 22h00.
- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.


CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.


OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
