The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical Portuguese building without an elevator, but with a beautiful solid wood staircase. During the day, the apartment is quite bright through its balcony, which overlooks the city center. Surrounded by the best boutiques, restaurants, and cafes in the city. Ideal for families or groups of friends looking to stay in the most privileged area of the city!

The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds.

￫ Bathroom:
The apartment features a bathroom with a shower.

￫ Living room
The living room features a TV, a sofa and a dining table for 4. It is bathed in sunlight coming from the balcony during the day and offers stunning views of the streets of central Lisbon and Praça Luís de Camões.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, iron, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid delays, please inform us of your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the property, at least 48 hours in advance. These pieces of information are very important for our team's coordination and to provide you with the best possible reception. Without this information, we cannot guarantee an immediate check-in, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

￫ The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bed Linen and Bath Towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of needing technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. A penalty will apply in case of key loss.
￫ The property has noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Baby cot and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
