The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your self-catering needs, featuring a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and a full range of cookware, dishes, and utensils—everything you need to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to celebratory group meals.



Orchard Rise offers flexible and well-planned accommodation across two floors. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable king-size bedroom. This bedroom is conveniently located close to shared bathroom facilities. An additional WC cloakroom on the ground floor adds further convenience for guests. Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms include an indulgent super-king bedroom with ensuite, two further king-size bedrooms (one ensuite and one using shared facilities), and a twin room, making the layout ideal for families and mixed groups. The combination of ensuite and shared bathrooms ensures a practical and comfortable stay for all guests.
