The Space:
This treasure trove of an apartment has been carefully curated with unique pieces specifically designed for the space, including a gym locker for a wardrobe and a coffee table created from an old bowling alley lane! This apartment is the perfect quirky base for couples or solo travellers looking for their next Edinburgh getaway.
Located in the Juniper Green area of Edinburgh just outside the hustle and bustle of the city, the property is ideally located for taking scenic strolls, while popping into the local bars and restaurants along the way! With private parking to the rear of the property you can easily venture out by car to the nearby hills or simply leave it and enjoy the area on foot or via public transport. There is a bus stop outside the property offering services to the city centre, or hop on the train from Wester Hails to further afield.
Enter the apartment via a private main door and you are greeted by the open plan kitchen living room, complete with everything you might need for your stay, including smart tv and coffee machine. Walking further into the apartment you will find a comfortable double bedroom, as well as bathroom to back of the property. Both furnished with hotel linens and towels for your comfort.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. The use of candles, burners or live flames is also not permitted. For local licence compliance and safety, the property also benefits from smoke alarms, carbon monoxide and a GDPR compliant environment monitoring device that measures temperature, humidity and decibel levels.

The property will be accessed through pin code access and we will be fully contactable throughout your stay.
