Ease into comfort in this ground floor thoughtfully designed apartment, equipped with a modern kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, Bathroom and a comfortable living room The Whickham View is your perfect cozy home away from home. No fuss parking with ample space on the roadside or to the rear of the property. We look forward to welcoming you into our home!
Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.

Whickham has a traditional village feel, centred around Front Street, with a small selection of local shops, cafés and pubs serving the community. The area is known for its residential charm and walkable streets.

The Living room TV is equipped with all the streaming apps you could ask for, ensuring you will never be sat in silence (unless that is what you prefer)
Whickham is well connected by local bus services, with nearby stops providing regular routes to the Metrocentre, Newcastle city centre and surrounding areas. Public transport makes it easy to get around without a car.
For drivers, the property has convenient access to main roads, allowing quick journeys to the Metrocentre and into Newcastle. Taxis and ride-hailing services are also readily available locally.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of ÂŁ300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
