The heating in the apartment is centralized and provided by the municipal (city) heating supplier - Toplofikaciya Sofia EAD. The host does not have control over the start or end of the heating season, which is determined solely by the supplier based on external weather conditions. During summer months, the centralized heating is switched off across the city. The host cannot be held responsible for temperature fluctuations or delays related to the centralized heating system.
5. Parking: The apartment is located in the central area of Sofia, where street parking is regulated, paid, and limited to a maximum of two (2) hours in designated âGreen Zoneâ area. The host does not provide or guarantee a free or reserved parking space for guests. Guests who choose to park on public streets do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility, including ensuring that their vehicle is parked in compliance with all local traffic and parking regulations, and not occupying spaces reserved for disabled persons or other restricted areas. Any fines, towing fees, or penalties incurred as a result of illegal or improper parking are the sole responsibility of the guest.
