We are so sorry if you found bugs in the kitchen and apologize that the refrigerator was not working properly. Since receiving your review, Florida Pest Control has been contacted and a comprehensive treatment has been performed throughout the entire home. The unit has been deep cleaned and any bugs have been eradicated. We are increasing the number of treatments per month and keeping a close eye on the situation. Due to the amount of rain we have received this summer, palmetto bug "spottings" have increased throughout the state. Nevertheless, we are doing all we can to remedy the issue. As for the refrigerator, we were not aware of any issues and apologize that this was not addressed during your stay. If notified, we would have been happy to send a member of our maintenance team to the home to remedy the situation. However, we will be sure to have an appliance tech check it out asap. Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you were pleased with the location of our home but do apologize if not all aspects of your trip were as enjoyable. We are so sorry that the oven broke during your stay. When notified of this issue, a member of our team immediately responded to the unit and discovered the heating element needed to be replaced. Although we were able to provide your party with a toaster oven while the part was being ordered, we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We would also like to apologize for any bugs you encountered during your stay. Unfortunately, due to the extreme heat and heavy rainfall we have received in the last few weeks, there has been an increase in native palmetto bugs seeking refuge indoors. However, we do take this very seriously and routinely treat and spray our units to prevent this from happening. Our records indicate that upon being notified of the bugs, maintenance promptly responded to the unit to spray. Following the treatment, we were not notified of any further issues. Nevertheless, we are so sorry for your negative experience and understand your frustration. We have continued with our treatment schedule and are actively monitoring the situation to ensure there are no further issues. Again, we are very sorry and appreciate your feedback.
