Aphaia Villa crowns a trio of residences yet stands completely private on a one-acre slope facing the shimmering Aegean. At 390 m² across three airy levels, the home mixes neutral Cycladic minimalism with colourful art pieces and hand-woven textures: perfect for big families, retreats or milestone celebrations.

Chef-friendly kitchen (double fridge-freezer, oven, stove, espresso & filter coffee, dishwasher) plus breakfast bar for sociable cooking.



8 double bedrooms / 8 bathrooms (5 en-suite) laid out for privacy (see table).

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire estate: villa, pool, terraces, gardens and parking. Staff access only for scheduled cleaning and maintenance.



The Neighborhood:

Set above Agia Marina on Aegina’s verdant east coast, the villa is a 3-min drive (20-min walk) to the sandy beach, cafés and mini-markets. Explore pistachio farms, the 500 BC Temple of Aphaia (8 min), or hop on a water-taxi to uninhabited Moni Islet for turquoise swims.



Getting Around:

Ferries run hourly from Piraeus (Athens) to Aegina Town (1 hr). From there it’s a 15-min taxi to the villa. Car hire recommended for exploring; free on-site parking for 3 cars.

Security deposit: €800 (pre-authorised on arrival).



Environmental Tax: €15 per night, payable on arrival.
