Offering an exquisite blend of modern comfort and stunning natural surroundings, this 285 sqm property is an idyllic retreat for up to 14 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The villa’s premium location provides uninterrupted views of the Cretan Sea, which you can enjoy from its thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces. 

Indoor Facilities 

The villa spans two buildings and three levels, with six airy bedrooms, all equipped with Coco-Mat beds and en-suite bathrooms. In the main building, the ground floor features a spacious open-plan area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8–10 guests, and a cozy living room with a 65’’ satellite TV and an energy fireplace. This floor also has a double bedroom and a communal bathroom. An interior staircase leads to the attic, where you’ll find a tranquil bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a Jacuzzi, offering stunning sea views. 

The lower level houses an indoor heated pool (available at an extra cost) surrounded by sunbeds, two more en-suite bedrooms, and direct access to the garden. 

The second building provides additional privacy with two en-suite bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a living area. All bedrooms feature satellite TVs, luxurious bath amenities, and high-quality linens and towels. The villa is baby-friendly, with cots and high chairs available upon request. 

Outdoor Facilities 

Step outside to a true paradise. The villa boasts a private 50 sqm outdoor pool with a separate kids’ pool (10.5 sqm), perfect for families. Sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a beautifully landscaped garden enhance the experience. A pergola-shaded dining area with a barbecue accommodates up to 12 guests, ideal for al fresco meals while enjoying breathtaking sea views and mesmerizing sunsets. The property also includes parking for two cars and ample space for relaxation, whether on the terrace, by the pool, or in the serene garden. Villa Lydia is more than a holiday home—it’s a luxurious escape designed to provide comfort, style, and unforgettable memories year-round. The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. 

The indoor pool has a daily cost of €120 if you want it to be heated. 

Breakfast can be added with an extra charge.
