Outdoor living:

Private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels provided. Outdoor shower. Furnished garden and BBQ area. Rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and outdoor furniture offering sea views.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning.



Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning.

Additional sleeping: Extra sleeping space available to accommodate up to 8 guests (e.g. sofa bed in living area).

Three en-suite bathrooms with showers plus one additional guest toilet. Hair dryers, bath amenities, and towels provided.

Weekly maid service. Bed linen and towel changes. Pool and garden maintenance. Guests support throughout the stay. Meet & greet service on arrival.

Baby cot and baby equipment available upon request (extra charge applies for baby cot).

Accessibility:

Multi-level villa with internal stairs; not suitable for guests requiring step-free access.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool, garden, rooftop terrace with jacuzzi, and private parking. No shared facilities.



The Neighborhood:

Set in a peaceful seaside area close to the coast. The beach is just 150 metres away. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are within 600–700 metres. Protaras and Ayia Napa are a short 5 km drive, while Cape Greco National Park nearby offers scenic hiking and cycling routes.



Getting Around:

Private parking available on site. A car is recommended for exploring Protaras, Ayia Napa, and Cape Greco. Airport transfers and local transport assistance can be arranged upon request.



Other Things to Note:

Security deposit: Refundable breakage deposit of €600 per stay, required prior to check-in.



Electricity allowance: 80 kWh/day included. Excess usage charged at €0.28 per kWh.



Pool & jacuzzi maintenance: Service visits may take place between 08:30–19:00, Monday to Thursday.



House rules: Non-smoking property. No parties or events without prior approval.



Interaction with Guests:

Meet & greet service on arrival. Guest support available throughout the stay, with concierge services bookable in advance or after arrival.
