We want every guest to know exactly what to expect before arrival. Please review the following information carefully to make sure BosphorusEye is suitable for your stay.

Stairs & Building Access

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a traditional building without an elevator. Reaching the apartment requires climbing approximately 85 indoor steps.

In addition, when approaching the building from the coastal road, there is a steep outdoor staircase of approximately 125 steps.

Because of the number and steepness of the stairs, the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility, young children requiring strollers, or those traveling with particularly heavy luggage.

Nearby Construction

Construction work is currently taking place in a neighboring building. Daytime noise and occasional dust may therefore be noticeable during your stay. As the construction is outside our control, the schedule and intensity of the work may vary.

We prefer to communicate this clearly in advance so there are no unexpected surprises after arrival.

Air Conditioning

Air conditioning is available in the living room only. Please note that the other rooms do not have individual AC units.

Boiler

The water boiler pressure may occasionally decrease and require a quick manual adjustment. The process is simple and usually takes less than a minute. Our team can provide guidance if needed.

Quiet Hours & No Parties

The building is primarily residential and many of our neighbors are families. We kindly ask guests to respect the community and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

Parties, events, and similar gatherings are not permitted in the apartment.

Guest Registration

In accordance with local requirements, all guests must complete ID registration before arrival. Check-in can only be finalized once the required guest information has been submitted.

To ensure a smooth arrival and avoid delays, please complete the registration process in advance.

Getting Around

Üsküdar offers excellent public transportation connections, including ferries, Marmaray, metro, and bus services. Üsküdar Square and the waterfront are nearby, while Istanbul’s major historic and cultural districts can be reached using the city’s public transportation network.
