This 2 storey, self-contained town house is located just off the Enterprise Coast Road.

The building has front and back access, with private car parking for several vehicles at the rear.

There is a large living/dining space downstairs which is equiped with a large dining table for family meals, a comfortable 4-seater settee, two traditional mahogany arm chairs and a smart TV.

The separate kitchen can be found just off the dining area, this contains all your cooking and dining amenities, a microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Downstairs to the rear of the property you will find the second bathroom.

On climbing the stairs there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, a double sofa bed, large fitted wardrobes and a lovely balcony.

The second bedroom contains two twin beds - note these can be joined to create a king-sized bed. This room also contains a fitted wardrobe and a private balcony.

The bedrooms are serviced by the upstairs bathroom.

The nearest public transport is approximately 15 minutes walk away, due to the sunny climate, the host recommends guests hire a car to fully enjoy the location.
