Chy Bownder is a cosy semi-detached modern cottage in the centre of the old Cornish capital, Lostwithiel. It is tucked away down a quiet lane with easy and reasonably flat access to the town. It is family and dog friendly with a secure patio garden. One private parking space is provided. Additional parking is less than 50 meters away in the free car park. Beautiful scenic riverside and woodland walks are nearby as well as stunning Cornish coastline and beaches just a few miles away. Chy Bownder is a great place for families, couples or friends. It is also ideal for business travellers. Conveniently situated in Lostwithiel with easy access to the town, train line and much more. If you wish to bring along your dog(s), please note that there will be an extra charge of £20. Up to two dogs maximum allowed. Entire cottage with a parking space, an enclosed patio to the side and front of the property making it child and dog friendly. All information is sent to guests around a week before their arrival. Guests can check in to Chy Bownder at their leisure. Lostwithiel is an historical town with the River Fowey which runs through it. There are walks along the river to Golant and Fowey. Fowey is a picturesque estuary town (10-15 minutes away by car) worth visiting with boat trips, shops, pubs and restaurants. I live nearby so if guests need me they can contact me straight away.
