Hidden two-level villa (≈60 m²) for up to 4 guests with a semi-covered heated plunge pool and panoramic Aegean/Caldera/volcano views. Breakfast included, daily housekeeping, and a quiet Oia cliffside setting steps from boutiques, cafés, and galleries.



The Space:

A split-level, design-led retreat blending carved Cycladic forms with vintage accents. The upper level holds a queen sleeping nook and sitting area; an interior stair leads to the lower level with a second queen bed and an atmospheric open-air shower. Traditional craftsmanship meets discreet comforts (mini-fridge, espresso maker, flat-screen TV), with two private bathrooms (rain showers, premium toiletries, plush towels, slippers).

Private veranda with semi-covered heated pool (winter heating) set for sunrise coffee and golden-hour lounging. Sunbeds and outdoor seating frame uninterrupted caldera and sea vistas.
