Summary:
Modern Cycladic 2-bedroom villa (≈105 m²) for up to 5 guests in a quiet, secured & gated hillside residence. Renovated in May 2022. Big west-facing terraces (≈90 m²) with wide Aegean views toward Delos, Tinos & Syros — perfect for sunset lounging. Light cleaning every 2 days; linens & towels changed twice weekly.
The Space:
Clean, whitewashed lines meet warm textures and big glass doors that pull the outdoors in. The main level holds an open-plan living/dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, plus a guest WC. Both bedroom suites are hotel-style with their own bathrooms; one has a private entrance from the patio for extra privacy.
Outdoors
Sea-view terrace and pergola-shaded lounging/dining areas set the scene for slow breakfasts and golden-hour dinners. A stone BBQ makes hosting easy. Multiple doors connect every area to the patio so indoor-outdoor living feels effortless.

Living room with dining corner and a queen sofa-bed; 49" Smart 4K TV (satellite/Netflix). Kitchenette with oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, espresso/filter coffee kit, and breakfast basics. Separate laundry with washer.
