The beautiful villa Ovi is located in Istria, in the village of Kvešti. Kvešti is a small village in central Istria, near larger towns such as Motovun and Karojba. It is a quiet, rural area typical of the Istrian interior — ideal for those looking for a vacation in nature, silence and an authentic village atmosphere.

Villa Ovi will provide you with everything you need to spend a peaceful and enjoyable vacation with family and friends. It offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people, and you have 350 m2 of living space at your disposal. The villa is set on a spacious 3.300 m² plot, fully fenced for complete privacy. Nestled in a peaceful natural setting, it offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by greenery, the villa provides a sense of freedom and harmony with nature, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy tranquility. In the villa you will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Three bathrooms are with shower and in the fourth upper master room that opens onto the terrace, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a sliding glass door.

Each bedroom has a TV, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and one is on the ground floor. Additional amenities include a washing machine and iron.

The villa is equipped with a modern underfloor heating system that provides pleasant and evenly distributed warmth. Underfloor heating is available in all areas except the bedrooms. An additional level of comfort is ensured by a fan coil system installed throughout the villa (bedrooms, living area, and wellness zone), allowing efficient heating in winter and refreshing cooling in summer. The bathrooms feature heated towel radiators, which provide extra warmth during colder days. Thanks to this combination of advanced technologies, the villa offers year-round comfort with high energy efficiency and a true sense of luxury.

The beautifully decorated living room will be a place for evening gatherings with music or a movie, and right next to it are the dining room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will be able to cook delicious meals for the whole family and friends.

The wellness room offers relaxation for body and soul thanks to the jacuzzi (a hot tub for 4 people) and an infrared sauna, and there is another shower, two deck chairs and a coffee table. This room overlooks the outdoor terrace and pool, and also contains a TV.

The outdoor area consists of a terrace that is partially covered and provides space for an outdoor dining area. You can also use the barbecue. The swimming pool on the terrace has an area of 48 m2 and provides space for sunbathing on 8 deck chairs with pool towels. There are also two parasols, an outdoor shower and a surrounding garden that connects to the children's playground and leaves enough space for various sports activities.

The villa is fenced and offers 4 parking spaces. Possibility of charging electric vehicles in the parking lot via a normal socket.

If necessary and by agreement, two travel cots can be added as well as child protection on the stairs.

Entertainment for children includes PlayStation 4, badminton, table tennis, table football.
