This data will only be used for the purpose of implementing your rights and will be stored for the necessary time for proving that we have fulfilled our obligations (i.e. for the period that the Office for Personal Data Protection can investigate the fullfilment of the given obligation). In case of loss of the keys from the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we are entitled to the payment of 100 euro for the incurred complications.
When staying in short-term accommodations in Czechia, guests are required to pay a city tax of 50 KÄ per person per night. This tax applies to all guests over the age of 18 and is governed by Act No. 565/1990 Sb., on Local Fees.
Fine for smoking - 500 EUR.
Fine for parties and noise from 22:00 to 08:00 - 500 EUR
