This wonderful three bedroom apartment is perfect for families looking for a conveniently located lock-up and go with all the creature comforts you would expect from a hotel stay but with loads more space to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring Cape Town.
The open-plan living area offers ample space to relax and enjoy the views as the sun sets over the Atlantic Ocean. Large windows slide open to cool the listing with fresh sea air on hot days. Two panel heaters serve to warm the space on colder days. Both lounges offer flatscreen TV's for Streaming and the dining area can seat 8.
The open-plan kitchen features brand new Smeg appliances and has been equipped with all the essentials to cook up a storm (with a view of course).
All the bedrooms feature ample cupboard space, American shutters, ceiling fans for hot nights/ panel heaters for cold nights and crisp hotel-quality 300 thread count linen. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, while bedroom 2 and 3 share the second bathroom (with shower only).
Located on Beach Road, between St. Johns and Church, you will be right in the heart of Sea Point. Join locals for long walks on the Sea Point Promenade. Grab a bite to eat at any of the amazing local eateries nearby. Or jump in an Uber to get to the famous beaches of Clifton/ Camps Bay or the equally famous V&A Waterfront (in the other direction) in just a few minutes.

Sea Point is perhaps one of Cape Town's best spots from which to explore the city. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre and packed with loads activities to get up to. From here you are a short 10 minute Uber or drive away from the CBD, V&A Waterfront, Clifton and Camps Bay blue flag beaches, tourist sights, loads of bars and restaurants, and so much more. Here the locals love their leisurely long walks on the promenade with an ice cream in hand.
Arguably one of the most sought after residential areas in Cape Town, Sea Point boasts a promenade that stretches along the coast from Mouille Point to Bantry Bay. The promenade is one of the biggest attractions for this neighbourhood - especially for the more active folk. You’ll find that they love to break a sweat whilst enjoying a run on the promenade or pumping iron at the outdoor gym.
